Im new to the HR and also im from IT field with blank knowledge on HR. Do let me know how the pf and esi can be fixed for the employee salaries.
I would like to know the ceiling amount for PF and ESI. When the employee should be brought under PF or ESI slab..
If a employee avails the ESI benefits how it can be used for his IT deductions. By how the employees could be benefited with these ESI, PF and other statuary benefits.
