If employee getting Salary Rs.18000/- or 40000/- , how he can save tax because if medical reimburrsment added in payslip he as to sumbit the bills by every month. so we removed the medical there, so now how we can save tax please suggest me

Dear Sir,
I have query about the Intt. on Housing Loan.
My query is:
If an employee are paying intt. to bank more then 3 Lac on one house and the property is in the name of both (employee & his wife). Can employee take exemption of Intt. on HL 1.5 Lac and his wife can also claim of 1.5 Lac as well, as per new amedment.
