Can any body suggest me that how I will manage my cv data bank properly. Do you have any excell format in this regard.

PFA excel sheet format for your reference.You can easily maintain your "DATA Bank-Resume".
You can attach resume of the candidates with the help of "Insert" option.When you go to insert option there is "Object" after clicking at this "create from file" from the desired source. You can upload resume.So whenever you want the resume you can easily access.
