Dear,
This is in reference to your posting. I am just giving you some information on this. For calculation of Leave Payment, i.e., Leave encashment, use this formula which is very helpful: Basic + DA / 30 * No. of days to be encashed. Remember, from 12 March onwards, no PF deduction on leave encashment according to the judgment of the Honorable Supreme Court.
Procedure for maintaining Leave Ledger: Not more than 3 continuous leaves can be given in CL account; they have to deduct from EL accounts.
