I am an MBA (HR) student, final year. I am conducting a research cum study on Cross Cultural Training for SOFTWARE PROFESSIONALS. My objective is to establish the need of such training and its effects.
I am attaching herewith a Questionnaire for the same. Responses are awaited. The findings (posted in the same forum asap) will help to understand the Need for CCT and how can it be done.
