We are looking to hire an Accountant for our company whose basic profile will be to do day-to-day accounting, voucher entries, salary calculations, TDS filling etc.
We tried couple of accountants, but they all fell short on knowledge about balance sheets, tds or/and income tax. Basically they were not smart enough to apply logics.
Can you please share a test or interview questions which can help us hire a good accountant?
