Vision is a statement which is vivid and inspiring. Which is for a period of around 10 to 25 yrs. It may go beyond what is possible as per normal human being. The thought behind vision includes concern for society as well as an huge growth for individual
Mission is a statement which supports your vision statement and is normally for 1 to 5 yrs. This is a mean to achieve your end which is your Vision.
