Dear all,
Can anybody provide me with the board resolution format for the P.F. office? Our company is a private Ltd company, and three directors were operating the entire business. Due to some reasons, one director has resigned from the directorship, who was authorized to sign all documents of the P.F. Now, we want to register the digital signatures of the two remaining directors. An urgently required board resolution.
