I am here precisely talking about the operators having less qualification like ITI, diploma.
As today any organisation assumes its employees as an asset and not liability we need to make sure that the asset is properly managed. Not only for good productivity but also to increase popularity of organisation through these types of trainings which will improve the behavioural changes.
This training will not only benifit the organisation but entire society where we live.
