What are the essential forms for establishing HR in a business setup? I know some: Stationery Requisition form, Attendance Sheet, Leave Form. Kindly let me know other essential forms to streamline HR & Admin.

This is Tejesh. Apart from the above-mentioned forms, you need to have Interview assessment form, Exit interview form, appraisal form, employee satisfaction form, internal job posting form, laptop request form, Mobile phone form, Telephonic interview assessment form, etc.

One of the most important forms is the Joining Formalities form for a new joiner, which includes all his academic, personal, and experience details. Additionally, the Full and Final Settlement form and No Dues form are crucial documents.
