We are company based out of Chennai into BPO operations. Of late we have lot of absconding cases from employees.
Just wanted to check if there is a practice where companies get bonds signed from employees wherein it binds employees to stay with the company for about 11/2 yrs or so.
Can you please give list of some companies who execute bond with the employees as we are doing some research to decide whether do we implement or not.

i would suggest that better use "agreement"
not bond. pls make note of this
generally every company when they are imparting training especially in software, certainly insisting the employee's to sign the agreement in the interests of a company.
apart from this the company should have a Non disclosure/confidentiality clauses in that agreement.
this would suffice ur clarification. if any pls.mail me.
