Follow the below mentioned instructions :
1) Open the attached file using MS Excel
2) Hold Control key and press A
3) Click format then Row then Height and set the height as "15"
4) Click format then Column then Width and set the width as '2 '
5) Finally click View then Zoom then choose "Custom" and enter 15 then ok
