I have been doing a spring project on "Shopping behaviour of Kolkata" with a leading garment retail outlet. It was a 3 months project for my team comprising of 2 people other than me. The project report is ready and the only formality for this to get ovcer is that now we need a certificate or a letter of appreciation of the work done. Could anyone please give me a format or info of what is required to be written in this kind of a letter..........plz, pretty plz.
