I am sending the format to you which you have to send to the employee at his Correspondance and Permanent address through Registerd AD. This is the first letter which you have to send to him. After 20-25 days send another letter through Registered AD.
Meanwhile if he will come to the clearance ask him to either serve the Notice period OR pay in lieu of notice period.
