Dear,
Neither the CL can be accumulated and carried forward to the next calendar year nor can it be encashed either being in service at the end of the year even if a single CL remains balance or at the time of leaving the service.
Thanx

Hi,
CL cannot exceed more then 12 in a year. It is entirly company's policy whether they can be carried forwarded or not but generally it is not a practice.
PL can be accumulated and encashed after accumulation of certain numbers of leaves. PL as per the act should be 1 for 20 days of working but be eligible for PL an employee must complete 240 days of working.
Kindly see that you are mistaken for PL or CL.
