i m doing my project in competency mapping at a soft ware technology and solutions firm. the company mainly deals with oscilloscopes and performance scope.
we hav categorised the work force into
level 1-software engineer
level 2-sr sft ware eng
level 3-tech lead/proj lead
level 4- sr tech lead / project lead
we are done with defining the competencies for all these level. how should we go about mapping thier competencies.
pls help me out with the questionnare and the further procedure.
