regarding refund its depend on your amount if your amount is not big your refund will come directly depanding upon your submission of return if u filed ur return on time your return comes early other wise its take some time also note that if your amount is more than five thousand so contact your income tax office or contact consultant
there is nothing on website regarding refund status any way i am also giving u web site of income tax www.incometaxindia.gov.in

hi guys,
your refund case what ever the amount be will come directly in to your bank account(If they do not find any discrepancy). Provided you have mentioned Bank MICR code when filling the returns(A.Y. 2006-07).

no, they send your refund directly to your bank account becouse now dept. decided to send refund directlty to account by E.C.S. and now it about first week of feb , you should contact your Income tax office.

if you filled retun with income tax dept. and your case is refund case than it is mandatory to provide MICR no.
