It has been so many times that I have posted my queries regarding some new concepts, regarding getting advice for my career, joining a company, etc. But, to my utter surprise, there are people who, if they post the same question, receive replies from all of you, while I am always ignored. Is HR Cite also being biased or whatever? I am sorry to say, but I am not at all satisfied with the kind of communication it holds, at least with new members.

It is possible that if I ask for projects, there is no reply from this site because it is very general, but even for career advice, nobody even bothers to reply to a new member.

Anyways, if you do not feel like responding to this email, it's pretty okay with me. Pardon me for any wrong statements used, as this is my last email where I am complaining to you all. I will take care not to post any of my queries here on Cite HR.

Goodbye

Hello, my dear friend.

First of all, I should say sorry on behalf of all CiteHR members.

It's not like what you think about CiteHR. Actually, what happens when you post questions that have already been asked by someone else, then consider why anyone would reply to the same question.

I believe we are all here to share our knowledge with each other. I think we are all mature as well, so there should not be a situation of misunderstandings.

Post outstanding queries that are related to our field and helpful for all of us, and provide a proper title. If only a few people view our points, never assume they are avoiding us, but consider why they are not replying and work on it. Do you understand what I am trying to explain? Post excellent points, not just about project preparation or similar topics.

So, are you ready to give your best here? And, dear one, if you are planning a career in HR, then this is the best platform to gain knowledge.

Waiting for your new query. Don't be upset, friend. Cheer up! Now, you have received a reply.

Hey buddy,

No one ignores you. Understand the people in HR; they leave people on their own and monitor from outside, thinking that time shall give the answer. Well, see your question in "type search query," you will get all the answers.

Love,

Hi, my ambitious friend,

Hope the best.

Why do you feel Citehr is a 1 lakh member strong with more than 3 lakh articles in the forum? Please click the link for details: [Citehr Link](https://www.citehr.com/1-vt80710.html?start=0).

Kindly encourage members to respond to the query. Also, before posting any query, please try to do a search using the search option available. No one is ignored.

For any posts I come across, I will definitely reply. Out of the 9700 posts I have made to date, a maximum of 10 posts will be related to requesting queries. I am utilizing the search option that much. Sorry if you are hurt.

Hi,

No one is ignoring you deliberately, friend. Maybe the question you asked was previously asked by other members, and the community members have already responded to it.

My suggestion is to search for information on the site before posting your question. You will be amazed by the number of responses to your query that you will find with this simple step.

If you don't find answers to your question after searching, then please do post it. Some of us are sure to reply to your question eventually.

Don't get disheartened if you do not receive an immediate response.

Thank you, Viral, Neeraj, Richa, and Peer Sir. I am sorry that I posted such a question of doubt on Cite HR members. I will not do this again ever. I have noted all your points, but actually, a couple of days back, I really needed some inputs from Cite HR but got no replies, and it repeated five or six times, so I got upset.

But anyways, thanks a lot for boosting my morale and securing me as a part of this Cite. I had stopped viewing this Cite, and coincidentally, I opened it just to check whether this post also went without replies or not. So, I must say you all made my day. :(

Thanks once again, and Richa, I promise no ruthna manana hereafter.

Now that's the spirit... I like it.

One more thing, it was me who told you about the "RUTHNA AUR MANANA" situation, not Richa, my dear friend.

Anyways, "TUM MAAN GAYE WOHI BAHOT HAI... DOST"
