Dear Friends and Peers
I have worked in a Company for 5 months and i left that company with the prior Notice of 15 days as per my Appointment Letter, But the company doesn't counted any leaves in that duration and they sent a recovery letter of 2 days salary to me. As per them i haven't completed my notice period of 15 days and i worked only 13 days.
Now i want to get my PF, will they give to me or i have to pay that 2 days salary to them to get my PF. Also i am not in that city too, Is there any way i can get my PF without going there.
Also they are not giving re-leaving letter too. What should i do to get that. Even all my leaves were in balance in hat company as i haven't used any during my work period with that company.
Please suggest how can i get what is mine....

Hi pradeep,
For Ur PF The only way without interruption of Previous Employer is to get it transferred to Ur new pf A/c No in New org. where u need not have any authentication from the previous employer. u just need to allow your PF a/c no of previous com. to the new employer and HR can make it.
On the other hand to get it paid to you u have to get it authenticated with ur previous employer.
In my advice if ur leave is not sanctioned by any mens let them deduct ur two days and with a mutual understanding get ur full & Final. By this Way u can get ur dues cleared.

Hi Pratap At any cost company can not adjust your pf accumulation with notice period pay.one of freind correctly said you can transfer your pf accumulation with form 13 to new organisation

You did not serve the 6 months, so if u apply for pf withdrawal, u will get only pf amt, but not pension amt. so u will loss pension amt. so better u transfer in ur new pf a/c.
so that u will not loose pension amt.
