I am subodh mudgal working in manufacturing company I have to send the annual return under factory act 1948 .Please guide me on following topics:
Leave with wages
1. Total No. workers employment during the year
Problem :- should i have to give the no. of employees working at present with us or the total no. of employees including joined & left please give me with example.
2.No.of workers who were granted leave during the year.
Problem :-Should i mention the left employees as well.
Shelters of rest Rooms and Lunch Rooms
Are there adequate and suitable shelters or rest rooms provided in the factory as required under section 47.
Problem :In factory act it has been mentioned where more then 150 workers ordinarily employed rest room should b there. should i count Workers only or the staff employees as well.
Accidents
Total no. of accident
Problem : Should i mention the death case of the employee who was covered under the ESIC act.
Form III
Annual return under the minimum wages act,1948
Total wages
Paid in cash
Cash value of wages paid in kind
Problem: i do not know how to calculate the cash value however mentioned in the form but still in confusion please tell me with example.
Form IV
Annual return under the payment of wages Act,1936
Gross amount paid as remuneration including deductions under section 7(2)of which th amount due to profit sharing bonus is........
Money value of consession
Problem: Please tell me Money value of consession with example
PLease see 4. Total wages paid including.........
All the points written above in Form No. 21.

Dear it is not so easy to submitte the return you have to know basic act first:-
1. first check your factory registration certificate and note what no. of workers registration are taken by ur factory.
a) total of attendance of employees during year/no of working days=no of workers plz check it is not more then your licence manpower.
2. all employees are in the category of granted leave you can not avail any person to take leave.
3 it include all the workers if ou count accordng to above farmula .
4 dear compliance always completed accoirding to act u can'nt voilate them ok first read all such rule related to this formulties then fill the annual return.
