I want to know more about two management techniques CPM & PERT. and what is the difference between two.
what is my knowledge ....
these are used to define & coordinate various activities of a project & successfully accomplish the objectives on time. CPM analysis is activity orientaed which focus interest on start and completion of event rather than activity. whereas PERT is event or job oriented.
