Iam leaving my company which i have worked for 3.5 yrs.
Iam going to USA on H1.
I have few queries related this
1.is it a good thing to withdraw my PF as iam going out of the country?
if yes pls let me know the process of withdrawing the PF ?
3.Also pls let me know the pros & cons of withdrawing the PF?

Hi Naveen,
U Need to fill the Pf withdrawal form .if You are living India it wont be problem,you will get your Pf Money directly into your Bank account.
If u will not withdraw that amount ,In terms of Benefit You will get interest on that amount.

As per my suggestion you have withrwal Provident fund. You have to fillup form Number 19 and 10C for Withrwal P.F.
If you suppose oto work same contry that time only you can transfer your provident fund one regine to onther regine. as per you mail you are going for abroad for employment.
