there are lot topic's under "Attrition" in this forum, I read them few weeks ago... donst recollect the exact ID of it... just give a search for "Attrition" and u could see all the listed ones there. U could find it there.

well at the top of this page... towards left corner, U could see these lines...

under this U could see a text box displaying "Quick Search" and next to it there is a "Go" button. So, here just enter the term "Attrition" and give Go. 100's of results will be given. Have a detail look at it and choose the better one U want.
Anyway I gave a search for you... look at this topic. Hope this will help u out.

If u could not get this... then here it is
Total Number of Resigns per month (Whether voluntary or forced) divided by (Total Number of employees at the beginning of the month plus total number of new joinees minus total number of resignations) multiplied by 100.
