Effective Strategies for Smooth Payroll Processing for Over 200 Employees - CiteHR

Hi all,

I am starting a new role which will involve end to end payroll processing. I am looking for tips and suggestions to navigate through the initial nervousness of releasing salary to more than 200 employees. I will have help in creating the pay register but after that I am on my own to create bank file and releasing the salary. What are the common difficulties you all faced in the payroll process?
