Dear Sir, Sir, I, Manish V. Dhandhukiya S/O Vrajlal B. Dhandhukiya, am residing at 119, LIG, KHB Colony, 2nd Stage, 7th Main Road, Basaveshwarnagar, Bangalore. Here by, I appeal to take necessary action against Amit Anand, Manager, Human resource working at Everest Management Software Pvt. Ltd. The company Everest Management Software, Pvt. Ltd. (formally known as Icode Software Pvt. Ltd.) registered under the companies act, 1956 and having its registered office on the 5th floor, rear wing, ‘Embassy Prime’, no. 66/2, C. V. Raman Nagar, Bangalore 560075. I had worked with above mention company for period of Aug. 16, 2005 to July 14, 2006 as a Senior Software Eng. Even after over a 14 months, company hasn’t clear my PF papers as well as Form 16 TDS certification for which the company is liable. I have communicated so many times to issue my TDS form 16 but so far no result. Amit Anand, Manager Human resource had terminated my service forcefully on July 14, 2006 without any obvious reason. I have issued legal notice as well as lodge a complaint in from of Labour officer 3. MR M. Nagraj but so far no result. I am from basically gujarat and I don't have much knowedge about all such kind of matter. I am technical person. He had asked me to finish this task. This is totally software technology matter. Being a HR person, he not to suppose interfere in such kind matter. However, he has asked me to perform specific task. The management had created very high drama on the 14 July 2006 and terminated my service saying that you didn’t complete task that was assigned to me within certain timeframe. The way what they opted to terminate my service was quite unprofessional and childish. I have never seen any software company to terminate their employee from service by stating reason that you haven’t finish task. The big quarrel had taken place, which I never told to do so. Amit Anand has put my career on high risk. He plays with career since last 14 months. He has made my life miserable. I am suffering lot of mental harassment from Amit Anand. Amit Anand does not issue my tax papers even after 14 months. Withholding ex-employee tax papers in such way itself is not only statutory offence but also childish. The height of childishness is that the I have not been paid any salary from the company after termination even though Amit Anand withholds my form 16. I am not able to file my IT returns as the management hasn’t issue my form 16 from 1st Apr., 2006 to 14th July, 2006. Amit Anand has forced me commit statutory offence. After terminating my service in such a dramatically and childish way, I suspect that Amit Anand shall adopt malicious way and try to shake my job where I am currently working so that either I rejoin that company or I become ready for full and final settlement. I would be highly obliged if you could help me in this matter for the shake of my wife, Son and my parents. My father is 70 yrs. old and he is also retired person. I clearly told the management that I am no longer interested to work them with any role/position even though they mentally harrassing me. Thaning you Manish V. Dhandhukiya

I don't want to suffer much due to the legal hitch you have created. My seven-year-old son is also suffering too much, and I have moved to Gujarat, Surat from Bangalore. I have no plans to go back to Bangalore or move around. My wife, my son, and I have been surviving without any income source since June 16, 2008. I won't write much here. Please come up with a financial settlement. I already collected Form 16 and some documents from the lawyer a long time ago. I don't want to spoil my life and career further. I have clearly stated many times that I am not interested in working with you, nor do I have any plans to return to Bangalore or work in an abroad location in any role or position. I am not interested in working with any group or associated company. I don't blame anyone, but please don't destroy my original relationships by using them as a means to communicate or involve them as representatives. Keep all this drama and politics away from me. Don't involve people from my religion, ex-college/friends/relatives/family members. At least, don't spoil the life of my seven-year-old child as I have only provided him with one pair of school uniform. I don't want to keep moving around. Come up with a complete settlement. I am unable to find a job in the market. My brain and life are getting spoiled in this manner.
