As you are aware, the office arrival time is 10 AM. However, the organization allows a 15-minute relaxation up to three times a month. Any subsequent instance will be marked as a half-day leave.What does HR mean by allowing a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals? Will the arrival time be considered as 10:15 AM, or will it still be marked as 10 AM?

The official arrival time will remain as 10 AM for all the time till the management decide some other timing.
The organization allows a 15 minute relaxation up to three times in a month to facilitate the employees.
and . The 15 minute late arrival time will be considered as 10:15 AM and not as 10 AM, but consider full day attendance for three occasions only.
