My company process salary for all employees from 26th of the previous month and 25 day of the current month. E.g. August - 26~31 = 6 days and September 1~25 = 25 days total 31 Days. But salary should be calculated only for 30 days (September month).
Case:1 - One employee not attended to the company from 26th August to 31st August and he doesn't have any leave balances, so it has to be considered as LOP. His salary is Rs.30000/pm. How many days salary to be paid to this employee.
Case:2 - Another employee not attended to the company from 26th August to 24th September. He doesn't have any leave balance, so the absent days has to be considered as LOP. His salary is Rs.30,000/pm. In this case how many days salary to be paid to this employee.
Please give me a solution on how to calculate the salary for the above 2 cases.
