I left the Indian IT company TCS a year ago and received a service certificate that mentions Date of Joining (DoJ), Date of Leaving (DoL), Department, Designation, Reason for leaving, and Gross annual compensation.

I have to apply for a job where it has been strictly mentioned to adhere to the format they have provided, which focuses on Duties performed, pay scale, etc. Could someone please help or guide me on how to obtain an Experience letter in the required format?

The service certificate generally contains DOJ, DOL, Department, Designation, Reason for leaving, and Gross annual compensation.

You should mention the job performed at TCS in the format they have provided. The pay scale mentioned in your appointment letter.
