I am confused about how to create a work-from-home policy. Some candidates have been promised the option to work from home once a month, while others have been offered this flexibility twice or three times a month. How can I standardize this policy? Please assist me with this.

There have been instances where establishments swung into action to curb instances of dual employment by using the WFH advantage, sharing sensitive data with others in the field, etc. A comprehensive study is needed.
