How do you fix performance ? based on what ? Do you have a benchmark for each activity - from Reception to Canteen ? You need to define clearly the roles and responsibilities for each job holder first.. there can be five to seven parameters depending upon the level in hierarchy. Am an HR Consultant and also a trainer. My mother tongue is Tamil. I provide HR Consultancy and training on soft skill all over India and Gulf countries. If interested, please contact me in person.
