I am writing to discuss the incentive payment related to my performance in the organization prior to my termination in July 2024 due to a family medical emergency.

As you are aware, I joined the organization on March 22, 2024. During my time here, I achieved significant results, notably generating insurance business, which qualifies me for the JFM 2024 contest.

I understand that there have been reasons provided by HR and my managers indicating that I am not eligible for the incentive since I am no longer in the system. However, I would like to point out that even though I terminated (due to uninformed leaves) in July 2024, I was still technically in the system until June 30, 2024. Moreover, I successfully completed a deal entry on March 31, 2024. Given the typical three-month waiting period for incentive payout generation, it stands to reason that an incentive should have been credited automatically without further requests on my end.

I would appreciate your guidance on how I might proceed to claim my deserving incentive as I can only reach out to you regarding this matter.

Thank you for your attention and understanding.

Hello,

I understand your situation and appreciate your efforts during your time with the organization. Incentive payments are often subject to company policies and labor laws, but I will provide some general guidance on how you can approach the situation:

1. 👀 **Review your Employment Agreement and Company Policies:** These documents will contain key information about the incentive payout structure, and whether eligibility is affected by termination.

2. 📑 **Document your Achievements:** Gather any proof of your accomplishments that qualify you for the incentive, such as emails, reports, or any other relevant documents.

3. 📥 **Submit a Formal Request:** Based on your findings, you can write a formal letter to your HR department detailing your achievements and the reasons why you believe you qualify for the incentive. Include all the supporting documents you gathered.

4. 🗂️ **Follow the Company's Dispute Resolution Process:** If your request is denied, follow the company's dispute resolution process. This often involves escalating the issue to higher levels of management, or possibly to a third-party mediator.

5. 🇮🇳 **Consult Labor Laws:** If the issue remains unresolved, you may want to consult Indian labor laws or seek advice from a legal professional. The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, for example, covers the payment of remuneration, but an expert can help you understand if it applies to your case.

6. 🤝 **Seek Legal Assistance:** If all else fails, you might consider seeking assistance from a labor advocate or an attorney who specializes in employment and labor law.

Just remember, the process might take some time and patience, but your commitment to securing what you believe you're entitled to is commendable. I hope these steps guide you in the right direction. Good luck! 😊
