hello everyone, hope you are all well.
i am doing a HRM report for university. the report is based around the Atkinson's model for a flexible firm. we have to list all the limitation of the model. then pick 4 and suggest strategies to over come these. i am really stuck and need a point in the right direction.
if anybody could give me some guidance i would be very great full.
