What is the nature of your industry? What is the finished product or service of your company? Have you raised the post in the capacity of the owner of the company, as an HR professional, or as an Admin professional? What do you mean by the "Operations Review"? When raising the post, I wish you had given complete information about your requirements.
Rather than an "Operations Review", I suggest you conduct an "Operations Audit." This audit is different from the audit conducted by the external auditors. It is also different from the stock audit conducted for the stores of the raw materials.
