If in my company there are some employees whose salary limit crosses 21000 after including production incentive and overtime . Now is that employee covered under esi or not

It depends on the frequency of production incentive whether it is paid on monthly basis or on quarterly basis. In general annual bonus , incentive paid on every 3 or 6 months should not attract ESI. However if the frequency of such payment is on monthly basis then it will attract ESI.
