I need some advice. I got selected for an MNC company, and while filling out the BGV form, I selected NO for all criminal record questions and submitted the BGV form. After one week, I received an email from the verification team stating that they have uncovered some cases under my name. Then I realized it could be about my personal loan, which I took in the year 2016, cleared the outstanding amount in 2019, and obtained an NOC letter for the same.

Now, it was a human error, and just because I didn't mention it on the declaration form, they revoked my offer letter. I tried to explain this situation to HR that I wasn't aware of any cases under my name; I just received a letter from the bank. However, she denied accepting my reasons. I now want to know if I can reapply for the same company again or if I am blacklisted for this minor error.
