I have engaged in dual employment in the year 2021 for 10 days. Now, I received a call from a consultancy concerning a job at a large IT MNC. I informed her about my dual employment over a phone call, and she was fine with it. Unfortunately, I do not have any written proof of that conversation.

Subsequently, they arranged an interview for me. I reached out to the company's HR via email, highlighting my previous dual employment and emphasizing it. However, I did not receive any response. Following the interview, I requested feedback on the same email thread, but once again, there was no reply.

Recently, a new HR representative from the same company contacted me regarding the final HR round and requested submission of documents. In these documents, I have specified my past employers, including the duration of my employment (which involved the 10-day dual employment), and I have also detailed the termination process.

I am concerned about potential issues that may arise if I accept a position at this company. I have already communicated my situation to HR via email, and I have made sure to provide clear information in the Background Verification (BGV) Documents.

Hi It is good you had shared about dual employment issue well in advance. If they are going to hire you there is nothing wrong in joining them. Better wait and see for the final outcome.
