Hello Friends, Can anyone help me with the leave policy for BPO industries and Employee contracts as well?

Sick leave is for both short-term and long-term health needs, and depending on company and state laws, employees may use sick leave. Usually during the probationary period, there will be no leave.

BPO Sector is part of Shops & Commercial Establishment Act & need to follow the minimum leaves such as EL, CL & SL of respective State Rules/Acts.

There will be various aspects, approval mechanism, application mechanism etc to be considered & the same shall be considered in leave policy
