What are the statutory policies about PF or ESI that needs to be available for an ID firm of 15 employees? What are the employer’s obligations?

ESI is mandatory as you have 10 & above employees. EPF is mandatory only if you have 20 & above. Even now you can enroll for voluntary registration.

ESI is mandatory as you have 10 & above employees.

PF Registration is mandatory if organization have have 20 & above. Even now you can enroll for voluntary registration.

Kindly do the Common Registration Under (EPFO & ESIC)

it is better because once your organization crossed more than 20 employees at that moment you can contribute.

avoid the non compliance at that time.
