Dear Seniors,
An employee whose last working day in the company was on 10th April 2023 has to be removed from PF & ESIC. His last day - what to put in it - will it be 10th April or 11th April? Because an advocate who sees this has confused me. I need your help. Please reply as soon as possible.
Moreover, what would be the maximum duration for FFS the company can keep?

If the employee left on 10th Apr 2023, then their last working day with the organization will be 10th Apr 2023, not 11th Apr 2023. By the closing hours of 10th Apr 2023, the employee is already relieved, and on 11th Apr 2023, there is no longer an employee-employer relationship.
Regarding FFS on the day of relieving, you are supposed to clear the FFS. However, in general, most companies take a time frame of 30-40 days.
