Hi, Could someone help me in understanding the average salary that can be paid to the below trends based on the trend:
1. Junior Software engineer
2. Junior Test Engineer
3. Accountant
4. HR Executive
All the above have covered one year of experience and are currently paid 17k. Please make a suggestion if they are paid for one year and the next increment will be only yearly.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
PS: It will be based on performance and company decisions, but I would like to know the trends.

Hi,
Salary revisions are company specific based on the performance of the individual employee and also the Company as a whole.
Increment will be paid on yearly basis only which is very common among many employers. However to protect employees from competitors some employers release increment on 6 months basis as well.

If your establishment is in Kerala, you can base your salary on the statutory minimum wages fixed by the government of Kerala for IT industries and then do whatever upward adjustment to fit it as per employability, skill and industry standards. When you compare your salary with the industry standards compare it with organisations of your size only.
