Hi,

You mean to ask how to question an indiscipline act of an employee ?

Indiscipline is act of misconduct in the workplace. When the employee ignores and disobey the rules and regulations of the Organization and doesn’t follow them it amounts to misconduct.

So what is the severity or nature of misconduct ? It may be usage of mobile during work hours. In such scenario the first process is to call the employee and warn & educate that usage of mobile is against the rules and regulations of the Company. Make them understand that any further recurrence will lead to disciplinary action. In case of repetition issue warning letter to the employee referring the verbal warning issued.

However alternatively if it is a serious misconduct like drunk at work hours then issue warning letter directly.

So based on the severity of misconduct you need to take a call.
