Instead of putting circulars on each and every issue that may have arisen in the workplace, frame some Standard Operating Procedures and exhibit them on the notice board of the company. Issue warning memos to those who violate such SOPs. Do you have Certified standing orders in place? If not, refer to Model standing orders and do the needful.
