Gratuity Payment Limits: What's the Maximum Amount We Can Pay?


kindly advise we can how much amount maximum pay in gratuity.

Hi, There is no such limit. However Gratuity amount received by employee is tax exempted up to Rs.20,00,000/- maximum.

Maximum amount for Gratuity is Rs. 20,00,000/-, the employee can get as per the calculation from his employer. Gazette Notification is attached for reference.
