One of my friend working as an officer in one of the co operative organization ....her boss is a psychopath ...and mentally torture by giving various tasks ....she is a mother of one year old child ...he will play his crooked games to make her sit in office late night ....he is very arrogant and yells very loudly.....when ever he get chance he will diligently make fun of her ....he even ask her to change her work unit in between and ask her to go to other units with her one year old child ...what could be done to deal with him.....he is not normal ....once we offend him ...he will be behind her to the extend to make her life troublesome
