I served for 6yrs 9 months, but absconded after that, the reason was my BGV: my degree was meant to be cleared in 2009, I joined the company in 2011 with one supplementary exam later it got passed in 2016 but the degree certificate was not received from University but HR started asking in between, I had to leave the company later I received my degree.

Will I be eligible to claim my gratuity and PF? IF YES, how can I claim it?

Company - Noida
I reside in karnal

Hi,

You can withdraw / transfer PF through your UAN login... Employer need to approve and can't hold for long time.

You can submit a written application for Gratuity. Employer cannot deny Gratuity on the grounds of unauthorized absence.

Instead of absconding you could have explained the situation to HR. Anyway do not prolong time to apply for Gratuity.

Dear Sir,
1. Plz guide how to apply through UAN.
2. HR asked to produce degree in 3 days which was never uploaded/submit by me in my tenure of 6 six years. i could not produce it because University has its own norms to issue degrees/provision.
3. Moreover i also had doubt that they will not accept the provision/degree and would ask me to leave the job because the passing year would be 2016 though i was serving the organisation since 2011 (got the job on graduation basis)
4. Another doubt is , they would not release gratuity instead they may claim the forgery case (due to insufficient degree documents)

Hi,

Your employer should have provided UAN number ( please check your payslip). You need to register and activate it ( if not done already ). Please browse Google for more guidance.

With regard to Gratuity you can apply and wait for their reversion.
