it was registered under serial no. 7695/2009 in Madhya Pradesh high court and judgment was given on 09.03.2010.
it was also discussed in the journal Awards Digest Sep-Dec 2010 published by V.V. Giri National Labour Institute, I goggle it but was unable to download it.
