Dear Members, Please clarify my issue: our company has 26 employees. 18 employees are not under ESI. and the remaining 8 members are under ESI till Sept 2022.
We have revised salaries in the month of Oct 2022 & effective from 01st Oct,2022. Due to the revision, all employees have come out of ESI Salary Limits. Now, please advise me on how to go about the monthly contribution. it will be zero from the month of Oct 2022. Please advise.
