Termination of employment due to an employee's mistake but the mistake is not big for termination only for suspension, but the employer terminates the employee. Can employee take legal action against the employer for his termination?

What was the mistake and how do you come to the conclusion that it deserves only suspension and not termination ?

What is the back drop of termination?

When some one want to challenge the termination of an employer they should had replied to the show cause notice service served before termination defending their side.
