Now-a-days, it is an easy process, you can sit in office and apply for registration certificate, via Online.
Go to Labour department website, select the services, select the name of Act, fill in the format, and pay the requisite fee and generate E-challan. Within 24/48 hours, you can generate your
registration certificate (both in English and Mother tongue) . Certificate is to be printed and exhibit at a prominent place in the Office.
