My PF claim form 10C has been rejected, showing the AUTHORIZED AMOUNT IS ZERO. I have searched every platform to ascertain the reason behind this, but I have not been able to find any answers.
I kindly request the members to help me understand why this problem occurred and what I can do to resolve it.

Form 10-C is for pension claims under the PF & Misc. Act. Please check whether any contributions have been made to the Pension Fund by your organization. If you have joined the organization with a PF Gross (Basic + DA) of more than ₹15,000 per month on or after September 1, 2014, then you are not eligible for Pension Fund membership if it is not a continuity of membership.
